- Explains why the EKB is depleted in Pluto-sized bodies.
- Pluto is in a mean-motion resonance.
Cons
- It is not clear that this works, at all.
- Resonances tend to pump up eccentricities.
- Why are there no "Plutos" in other resonaces?
